The Service

UGCVideo provides AI-assisted tools that turn product images and descriptions into creator-style video drafts. AI output may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular campaign. You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing it.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your Content

You retain your rights in product images, descriptions, and other content you submit. You confirm that you have permission to use that content and to authorize its processing for video generation. You grant UGCVideo the limited rights needed to host, process, and transmit your content to provide the service.

Acceptable Use

You may not use UGCVideo to create or distribute illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful content; impersonate a person without permission; bypass usage limits; disrupt the service; or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

Generated Content

You are responsible for claims, disclosures, music, likenesses, trademarks, and other elements in content you publish. UGCVideo does not guarantee that generated content is unique or free of third-party rights.

Credits and Payments

Paid credits, subscriptions, renewal terms, and applicable refund conditions are shown at checkout. Prices and features may change, but changes will not retroactively alter a completed purchase.

Availability and Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Generation times and results depend on third-party AI providers, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Suspension and Termination

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties, or when these Terms are violated. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The date above indicates the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
